Zwischen dem 1. Juli und 31. August wird mein WG-Zimmer im Lochergut zur Untermiete frei. ?Preis: 901 CHF/Monat plus Nebenkosten.

Du wohnst mitten im lebendigen Lochergut mit zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants und Bars direkt vor der Tür. ?Die Lage ist top: In nur 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichst du die Tramhaltestelle Lochergut, in ca. 5 Minuten den Bahnhof Wiedikon. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Coop, Lidl und Migros sowie Fitnessstudios (Aktiv Fitness, PureGym) liegen ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe.

Das Zimmer selbst liegt an einer ruhigen Strasse und kann je nach Wunsch möbliert oder unmöbliert übernommen werden.

Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Parkettboden, hohe Decken und Altbaucharme. Zur Mitbenutzung stehen Küche, Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer. Zudem verfügt die Wohnung über einen Waschraum und Garten im Innenhof.

Du würdest die Wohnung mit einer berufstätigen 27-jährigen Mitbewohnerin teilen.

Gesucht wird eine unkomplizierte, saubere und vertrauensvolle Person. Eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin in ähnlichem Alter wäre für die bestehende Wohnsituation ideal, wir freuen uns jedoch über Bewerbungen aller Geschlechter. Melde dich gerne und erzähle uns kurz etwas über dich. :)

My room in a shared apartment in Lochergut is available for sublease between July 1st and August 31st. Rent is 901 CHF/month plus utilities.

You’ll live in the heart of vibrant Lochergut, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and bars right on your doorstep. The location is really convenient: the Lochergut tram stop is just a 3-minute walk away, and Wiedikon train station is around 5 minutes on foot. Grocery stores like Coop, Lidl, and Migros, as well as fitness studios (Aktiv Fitness, PureGym), are also nearby.

The room itself is on a quiet street and can be rented either furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference.

The apartment features beautiful parquet floors, high ceilings, and charming old-building character. Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. There’s also a laundry room and a garden in the courtyard.

You would be sharing the apartment with a 27-year-old working professional.
