1 Zimmer (16qm oder 12qm) in 2er-WG in ruhigem, älterem Mehrparteienhaus vorzugsweise an eine Mitbewohnerin zu vergeben. Mit voll ausgestatteter Küche (Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Espressomaschine), Bad mit Badewanne, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Waschmaschine und Tumbler im Keller, Kellerabteil, Dachbodenabteil. Eventuell kann bei der Möblierung ausgeholfen werden.

Die Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus. Diverse Supermärkte, ETH Hönggerberg, Werdinsel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kaution in Höhe von 3 Monatsmieten.

Zu dir:
Du bist idealerweise auch berufstätig oder weit fortgeschritten im Studium/Ausbildung und weisst, warum Holzbretter und scharfe Messer nicht in die Spülmaschine gehören ;)

Zu mir:
Ich bin Leo (w), Anfang 30, beruflich im Bildungsbereich unterwegs und schätze ein soziales Miteinander. Aufgrund eines neuen Jobs werde ich zu Beginn allerdings sehr eingespannt sein. Meine freie Zeit verbringe ich gerne am Wasser, in den Bergen, bei Spieleabenden, mit Kreativem, lesend, ...

About the flat:
1 room (either 16 or 12sqm) in a 2-person shared flat in a quiet, older multi-family housepreferably available to a girl. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, espresso machine), bathroom with bathtub, dining room, living room, laundry machine and tumble dryer in the basement, basement storage unit, and attic storage unit. I may be able to help out with furniture.

The landlords live in the same building. Various supermarkets, ETH Hönggerberg, and Werdinsel within walking distance. Deposit equal to 3 months rent.

About you:
Ideally, you are a young professional or in the advanced stages of your studies/training and understand why wooden cutting boards and sharp knives should not go in the dishwasher ;)

About me:
I'm Leo (f), in my early 30s, I work in education, and enjoy socializing. Because of a new job, I'll be very busy in the beginning, though. I like to spend my free time by the water, in the mountains, having game nights, doing crafty stuff, reading, ...
