Wunderschönes, grosses WG-Zimmer in Hottingen, Nähe Kunsthaus, zu vermieten.
Wir sind gute Freunde, alle berufstätig zwischen 24 und 30 Jahren von Finance, Architektur, Consulting bis FIFA ist alles dabei. DDie meisten von uns kommen ursprünglich aus Italien, aber ein bisschen Spanien und die Niederlande sorgen für die nötige Abwechslung. ;)

Zum Haus:
Das Haus liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Hottingerplatz und ist mehrstöckig mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Nachbarschaft. Ausstattung ist top-notch: schnelles Internet, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelbrett, hochwertige Küche (inkl. Siebträgermaschine).

Dazu gibt's eine schöne Terrasse mit Lounge, eine Dachterrasse mit Blick bis zu den Bergen und zum Zürichsee, sowie einen Garten mit Grill.

Zum WG-Leben:
Jeder respektiert hier den Space der anderen. Wenn es passt, kochen und essen wir gemeinsam oder gehen am Wochenende zusammen aus. Wir sind entspannt, herzlich und offen aber alles super ungezwungen.

Wir halten die Wohnung sauber; einmal pro Woche kommt eine Reinigungskraft, die alles gründlich putzt auch dein Zimmer.

Beautiful Large Room in Hottingen near Kunsthaus for Rent

We're a group of good friends, all working professionals between 24 and 30 years old from finance, architecture, consulting to FIFA, you'll find a bit of everything here. Most of us originally come from Italy, but we've also got a bit of Spain and the Netherlands to keep things interesting. ;)

About the House:
Our beautiful multi-storey home is located right next to the Hottingerplatz tram stop. The view from your room over the neighborhood is amazing. We've got fast internet, washing machine, dryer, ironing board everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-notch utensils (including a proper espresso machine ).

There's also a lovely terrace with a lounge area, a rooftop terrace with views over the mountains and Lake Zurich, and a garden with a barbecue.

About the Flatshare:
Everyone respects each other's space. When it fits, we love to cook and eat together, and sometimes go out for drinks or to a bar on weekends. We're relaxed, warm, and open-minded everything is very easy-going.

We like to keep things clean, and once a week a cleaning lady comes to thoroughly clean everything including your room.
