Da meine Mitbewohnerin zurück in die Heimat geht, wird ab dem 1. Oktober (oder 23.09.) ein Zimmer in unserer 2-er Berufstätigen-WG frei.

Die Wohung: Die Wohnung hat ca. 90 m2 und eine Terasse & Garten. Sie liegt zentral, aber ruhig: 3 Minuten zu Fuss zum Hardplatz, 8 Minuten zum Bhf Hardbrücke. Da die Wohnung zwischen Innenhof und Garten liegt, bekommt man vom Stadttrubel trotzdem kaum etwas mit.
Ausserdem gibt es ein grosses Wohnzimmer, Parkettfussboden, Spülmaschine, Badewanne sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller.

Das Zimmer: Das Zimmer ist ruhig zum Innenhof raus und hat ebenfalls Parkettboden. Es kann teilmöbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, und Regal oder leer übernommen werden.

Miete: CHF 1.260 inkl. NK.Der aktuelle Mietvertrag läuft bis Februar 2027, die Chancen stehen aber gut, dass wir bleiben können/ die Wohnung entfristet wird.

Über mich: Ich bin Marianne, arbeite an der ETH und der Schnittstelle von Forschung und Industrie zu Nachhaltigkeit & Circular Economy. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne draussen & aktiv: Rennrad, Wandern, Beachvolleyball, Langlaufen und generell alles in der Natur. Daneben lese und koche ich gerne, mag Spieleabende, Tanzen, Kultur und interessiere mich für Politik und Gesellschaft. Auf der Terrasse versuche ich mich mit wechselndem Erfolg am Gärtnern. :)

Mir ist ein Zuhause wichtig, in dem man sich wohlfühlt und gerne nach Hause kommt. Ich mag es ordentlich und eher ruhig. Ich finde es schön, wenn man sich in der Küche mal verquatscht, zusammen kocht, ein Glas Wein trinkt oder auch mal spontan etwas unternimmt, mal Freunde zum Essen einlädt, auf der Terrasse sitzt oder grillt. Genauso sollte aber jede:r sein/ihr eigenes Leben und Rückzugsraum haben.

Ich suche jemanden zwischen 28 und 43, berufstätig oder PhD und ordentlich, mit der/dem es menschlich gut passt und wir eine ähnliche Vorstellung vom Zusammenwohnen haben. Auch Wochenaufenthalter:innen sind willkommen.

English Version

I am looking for a new flatmate for our 2 people shared flat from October 1st (or September 23rd).

The apartment: The apartment is approximately 90 m² and has a terrace and garden. It's centrally located: a 3-minute walk to Hardplatz and 8 minutes to Hardbrücke train station. Because the apartment is situated between a courtyard and the garden, it's still very quiet.
It also features a large living room, parquet flooring, a dishwasher, a bathtub, and a washing machine and dryer in the basement.

The room: The room faces the quiet courtyard and also has parquet flooring. It can be rented partially furnished with a bed, desk, and shelves, or unfurnished.
Rent: CHF 1,260 including VAT and utilities. The current lease runs until February 2027, but there's a good chance we can stay/the lease will be extended.

About me: I'm Marianne, 39, and I work at ETH Zurich, at the interface of research and industry on sustainability and the circular economy. In my free time, I love being outdoors and active: road cycling, hiking, beach volleyball, cross-country skiing, and generally anything in nature. I also enjoy reading and cooking, game nights, dancing, culture, and I'm interested in politics and society. I'm also trying my hand at gardening on the terrace :)

A home where you feel comfortable and happy to come home is important to me. I like things tidy and rather quiet. I think it's nice when we chat in the kitchen, cook together, have a glass of wine, or even spontaneously do something, invite friends over for dinner, sit on the terrace, or have a barbecue. At the same time, everyone should have their own life and space to retreat to
I'm looking for someone between 28 and 43, working or doing a PhD, and tidy, with whom I get along well on a personal level and with whom we share a similar vision of living together.
