Now that we’ve covered who we are – let’s get to the point: our Marketplace team is looking for your support.
What you will do
In this role, you will support our Real Estate partners after onboarding and help them make the most of our platform. You stay close to their needs, identify development potential, and contribute to building strong, long-term partnerships.

Your responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with our Real Estate partners 
  • Ensure that our partners understand, adopt, and actively use our products 
  • Proactively reach out when features are not yet used and support partners in unlocking their full potential 
  • Identify growth opportunities and further develop partnerships in a targeted way 
  • Monitor partner activity and intervene early if engagement declines 
  • Act as a reliable point of contact throughout the entire customer journey 
  • Collect structured feedback from partners and share it internally 
  • Represent the voice of our partners towards Product and Operations 
What we expect from you
  • Experience in B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or Partner Management 
  • Ability to quickly build trust and develop long-term relationships 
  • Proactive mindset – you follow up with empathy and a solution-oriented approach 
  • Affinity for digital products and the ability to explain them clearly 
  • Structured and independent way of working with a strong focus on KPIs 
  • Experience with CRM systems (ideally Zoho CRM) 
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where not all processes are fully defined yet – and motivated to actively shape them 
  • (Swiss) German is required, Italian and/or French are a plus
