Sie haben im 2. Stock über das gemeinschaftliche Treppenhaus einen eigenem Eingang zum Studio Apartment für bis zu 2 Personen. Hochwertige und moderne Möbel erwarten Sie in Ihrem schönen Apartment.

Der helle Wohn- und Essbereich mit Stauraum läd zu gemütlichen TV Abenden ein. Erholsamer Schlaf bietet der abgetrennte Schlafbereich mit einem Boxspringbett (180x200cm) und zwei Nachttischen. In der komplett ausgestatteten Küche sind ein Kochfeld, ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, ein Geschirrspüler, ein Backofen, eine Kaffeemaschine, ein Wasserkocher und alle notwenigen Küchenutensilien vorhanden. The well-equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchenware. Other amenities in the apartment include soundproof walls, a coffee machine, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and mountain views. The residential unit is equipped with 1 bed.

You have your own entrance to the studio apartment for up to 2 people on the 2nd floor via the shared staircase. High-quality and modern furniture awaits you in your beautiful apartment.

The bright living and dining area with storage space invites you to spend cozy evenings watching TV. The separate sleeping area with a box spring bed (180x200cm) and two bedside tables offers restful sleep. The fully equipped kitchen has a hob, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee machine, a kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
