All 5 private rooms are basic-furnished with: bed, mattress, mattress protector, wardrobe, work table with chair, dimmable room lighting with remote control, individual heating, slat blinds, precious wood parquet, power plugs, Wlan connection.
Rent per month up to 5 months or longer: 890.- to 960.- (up to room-size). Short rentals on request.
All-inclusive: water, electricity, heating, full equipment, waste-management, detergents, toilet paper, TV living room, Wlan all around, regular basic cleaning of all public areas.
