It has 1.5x2m tatami, 1 good quality marble round coffee table (1.2m diameter), 1 new carpet (1.8x2.3m), 1 chair, 1 working table, and 1 beautiful and new shelf. There is a big balcony, also equipped with table and chairs, where you could chill with a good view. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is pretty nice and modern. One small room as the storage room will be not accessible.

The apartment is conveniently located between 2 train stations - Thalwil 15min walk away and Oberrieden Dorf 10min walking. The forest for running is 5min away and the lake on the other side is also 5 min walk. Just in-front of the house there are 2 bus lines departing every 15min with 4 min ride to the stations.
