Hey there :)

We are Michael (38y) and Anni (31y), an Italian/German couple, and we are renting our free flat out, while we are travelling.

MOVING DATE:
From end of June til end of September (24.06.2025 - 27.09.2024) !

The flat is completely furnished!
With 2 bed rooms: both having a bed and a wardrobe, one with a table aswell.

We having a big living/dining room, with TV. Wifi included.

Balcony to the street.

You can use everything you need from the kitchen utensils, so nothing to bring besides yourself and whatever you need to be happy ??
Washing machine and tumbler in the cellar to share with 4 other flats ( which is working easily!)

Our flat is located next to Albisriederplatz.
Supermarkets, Tram/Busstop, post, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants in walking distance!
With the bicycle you need 15min max to the lake/city center !
15min by bus to airport or central station.

We are searching for a COUPLE, OR ONE SINGLE PERSON, who is working and needs a place to stay in Zurich FOR 3 MONTHS.
As we have some plants in our flat we would love to have someone, who loves plants as much as we and does happily takes care about them, while staying here. :)

PLEASE NO WG, FAMILY OR PET REQUESTS.

We are living in Zurich over 8 years, so more then happy to help you out with information or whatever you need, if you are new to the city !
