Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung vermiete ich ein grosses, teil­möbliertes WG-Zimmer (ca. 20 m²) in einer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Zürcher Kreis 4, nahe Lochergut – nur ca. 10 Minuten vom HB entfernt.

Miete:
CHF 650.– pro Monat zzgl. Nebenkosten (Heizkosten, Internet, Serafe, Versicherung etc.)

Zur Wohnung:

* Zentrale Lage mit sehr guter ÖV-Anbindung
* Keine gemeinsame Stube
* Möblierte Wohnung, Zimmer teil­möbliert (Abweichungen vom Foto möglich)
* Küche, Bad und Gang zur gemeinsamen Nutzung
* Nicht geeignet für Paare

Zu mir:
Ich bin 48 Jahre alt, ruhig, ordentlich und unterrichte unter anderem Yoga. Aktuell bin ich in Ausbildung in Akupressur (TCM). Ich gehe selten aus und schätze ein achtsames, respektvolles Zusammenleben.

Wen ich suche:
Eine ruhige Mitbewohnerin (Frau), idealerweise eine Wochenaufenthalterin. Die WG ist eher zweckmässig, befristet auf ca. 1 Jahr. Wichtig sind mir Sauberkeit, klare Kommunikation und ein Auge fürs Detail.

About the Apartment:

* Very central location with excellent public transport connections
* No shared living room
* Furnished apartment, the room is partially furnished (furnishings may differ from photos)

About Me:
I'm 48, calm, tidy, and currently in training in acupressure (TCM). I also teach yoga. I live quietly and rarely go out – I value mindfulness and a peaceful home environment.

Looking For:
A quiet female flatmate, ideally a weekly commuter (weekend home). This is a purpose-shared flat, best suited for someone looking for a temporary stay (approx. 1 year). Cleanliness, good communication, and attention to detail are important to me.
