In unserer gemütlichen 3er-WG in Wipkingen wird ein 12?m2 grosses, unmöbliertes, helles Zimmer frei bis Ende Juli. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht. Besonders schön ist unser Garten, perfekt zum Grillen im Sommer. Die Waschküche wird mit dem Haus geteilt.
Das Zimmer ist nur bis Juli verfügbar und unmöbliert. Deshalb biete ich es 300 CHF günstiger an (inkl. Nebenkosten) als der ursprüngliche Preis von 1000 CHF. Ich würde außerdem jemanden bevorzugen, der möglichst bald einziehen kann :)
Wir suchen eine unkomplizierte und aufgeschlossene Person, mit der man auch mal quatschen oder etwas unternehmen kann, sei es ein gemeinsames Abendessen, ein Bier im Garten oder ein Spieleabend. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern freuen uns über ein entspanntes Miteinander, bei dem man sich auch mal im Alltag begegnet.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner:innen wären Max (26) und Sophie (23). Max ist Koch, spielt gern Videospiele in seiner Freizeit und ist immer mal für ein Feierabendbier oder ein Glas Wein zu haben. Sophie studiert an der ETH, ist oft fleißig am Lernen, aber liebt es auch, Sport zu machen und aktiv zu sein.

In our cozy 3-person shared flat in Wipkingen, a bright, 12?m2 unfurnished room will be available until the end of July. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. A highlight is our garden, perfect for barbecues in the summer. The laundry room is shared with the rest of the building. The room is only available until July and is unfurnished, which is why I'm offering it 300 CHF cheaper (including utilities) than the original price of 1000 CHF. I would also prefer someone who can move in as soon as possible :)
We're looking for an easygoing and open-minded person to live with someone you can have a chat with or do things together, whether it's having dinner, a beer in the garden, or a game night. We're not a shared flat just for convenience, but rather we value a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where you also run into each other in day-to-day life.
Your future flatmates would be Max (26) and Sophie (23). Max is a chef, enjoys playing video games in his free time, and is always up for an after-work beer or a glass of wine. Sophie is studying at ETH, often busy studying, but also loves doing sports and being active.
