**The room is:**
A room in a 3.5 WG. The apartment has a spacious living room of common use, one bathroom, and a kitchen with all the necessary appliances including a dishwasher, toaster, microwave... The apartment is on the ground floor, with two storage rooms one in the attic and the other in the cellar. Also located in the cellar are the washing machine and the dryer, which are shared with the rest of the neighbors from the building. The room is very quiet since it is facing the interior garden. Additionally, there is a barbecue in the garden that can be used.

**We are looking for:**
An uncomplicated, open-minded, clean and responsible roommate within our age range. We are mainly looking someone that is interested in long-term renting. Please send a short description of yourself when applying so that we can get to know you better.

**We are:**
Carles (28M) doctoral student from Spain. I love acrobatics, skiing, and hiking. And now that the summer in around the corner I really enjoy going anywhere under the sun. Either to festivals, barbecues or just for a beer in the lake. I am currently learning German, so if you want to improve your Spanish (or even Catalan) we can do some language exchange!
