Wir haben ein grosses Zimmer frei in unserer geräumigen, zentralen Wohnung direkt an der Grenze Kreis 3 and 9 Albisrieden/Wiedikon. Das Zimmer ist hell und bereits voll möbliert. Alle Nebenkosten wie schnelles Swisscom Internet sind ebenfalls inklusive. Du hast ideale ÖV Verbindungen und bist von der nächsten Bushaltestelle in 18min am Zürich HB / 5min Wiedikon oder Triemli / 22min ETH und Universität oder 15min in Altstetten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist super zentral jedoch sehr ruhig und ohne Verkehrslärm, etc. Sie ist gut geschnitten und hat alles was man braucht wie eine moderne Küche und ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Balkon.

Wir sind Aditeya (23) und Alex (26). Wir schätzen eine ordentliche Wohnung und einen respektvollen sowie unkomplizierten Umgang miteinander. Jeder soll so leben können wie er/sie ist und wie es für einem am besten passt, immer mit Rücksicht auf die anderen Mitbewohner. Interessiert? We have a big room available in our comfortable and very central apartment directly at the border of district 3 und 9 Albisrieden/Wiedikon. The room is bright and is already fully furnished as well. All side costs like fast Swisscom internet are also included. You have ideal connections and are from the next bus stop within 18min at Zurich HB mainstation / 5min Wiedikon or Triemli / 22min ETH and Universität or 15min in Altstetten. Also shopping opportunities and restaurants are just around the corner. The apartment is very central yet super quiet without traffic noise, etc. It is spacious and has everything you need like a modern kitchen and a big living room with balcony.
