* **Waschmaschine & Trockner** sowie **Trockenraum** im Keller
* **Teilmöbliert** (u.?a. mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, TV – Details bei Interesse)

* **Rund 2'500 CHF/Monat**, inklusive **Nebenkosten, Strom & Internet**

* Zentrale Lage in Wipkingen

* Approximately **2,500 CHF/month**, including **utilities, electricity & internet**
