The plot number "GS 319", featuring a historically significant, newly renovated half-timbered house, is situated on a large, gently sloping plot and includes the old "washhouse," which was likely also used for distilling spirits in the past. The current owners have decided to divide the spacious area into two parcels. The newly created plot not only includes the former distillery and two garages in the shared carport but also borders idyllically on the forest and the "Edlibach" stream.
