_New main tenant wanted for a bright 4-bedroom flatshare (WG) in Rapperswil._
I currently sublet one of the rooms and will stay, but three flat-mates are moving out. I'm looking for someone to become the **main tenant and sign the lease by 30 June 2025**.
Because Swiss leases have a three-month notice period, the **planned move-in is around 1 October 2025** - though we can arrange an earlier or later hand-over if it suits you. Once the lease is secured, we'll collectively find two more people for the remaining rooms.

**The flat**

* 4 bedrooms - one with its own en-suite shower/WC

**Who we're looking for**

* A reliable, easy-going person who can be registered as the main lease holder
* Respectful, tidy, and interested in shaping a friendly WG atmosphere
* Ready to sign by the end of June

Ich untervermiete derzeit eines der Zimmer und bleibe in der Wohnung, doch drei Mitbewohnerinnen ziehen aus. Daher suche ich eine Person, die **bis spätestens 30. Juni 2025 den Hauptmietvertrag übernimmt**.
Wegen der dreimonatigen Kündigungsfrist ist der **geplante Einzugstermin ca. 1. Oktober 2025** - wir können ihn aber flexibel anpassen. Nach Vertragsunterzeichnung wählen wir gemeinsam zwei weitere Mitbewohner:innen für die übrigen Zimmer aus.
