Ein geräumiges und helles Zimmer sucht eine/n Untermieter/in vom 1. Juli bis 1. August! Ich ziehe vor Ablauf meines Mietvertrags aus und suche eine/n Untermieter/in für einen Monat. Die Miete beträgt 1200.- CHF inklusive aller Nebenkosten.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Josefstrasse in Zürich City Center, nur wenige Minuten vom Zürich HB entfernt. 5 Minuten entfernt befinden sich auch verschiedene Geschäfte, Migros, Coop to go, Denner und die Tramhaltestelle Limmatplatz.

Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Bett, einem Schrank und einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl ausgestattet. Es ist sehr hell und morgens sonnig. Die Wohnung verfügt ausserdem über ein separates Ankleidezimmer, wie Sie auf den Bildern sehen können, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher. Es gibt auch einen separaten Gemeinschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Platz zum Trocknen von Kleidung.

Sie teilen die Wohnung mit einer geselligen, berufstätigen Frau Ende zwanzig, die die Hauptmieterin der Wohnung ist. Ob männlich oder weiblich ist egal, wir suchen vor allem jemanden, der die Miete bezahlen kann und respektvoll und sauber ist. Hello all!

A spacious and luminous bedroom is looking for a temporary tenant from 1. July until 1. August! I am moving out before my lease ends and am looking for someone to take over for a duration of one month. The rent is 1200.- CHF all costs included.

The apartment is located in Josefstrasse in the heart of Zurich, only minutes away from Zurich HB. 5 minutes away are also different shops, Migros, Coop to go, Denner and the tram stop Limmatplatz.

The bedroom is furnished with a bed, a side storage unit, and a desk with a chair. It's very luminous and sunny in the morning. The apartment also has a separate dressing room as you can see on the pictures, a kitchen, bathroom and a living room with a TV. There is also a common shared washroom with a washing machine and a place to hang clothes.

You would be sharing the apartment with a sociable girl in her late twenties, employed, who is the main tenant of the flat. If you are male or female doesn't matter, we are mainly looking for someone who can cover the rent and is a respectful and clean person.
