- The apartment:
Apartment Size: 74m2 (+ balcony)
The 3 and 1/2 room apartment has a spacious living room with access to a transversal sunny balcony. A separated kitchen fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
There is a large shared bathroom with a toilet.
The apartment is very bright with windows facing north and south, and balcony access to the east (in the living room and bedroom for rent).
The building has only 3 apartments, making it very quiet. Laundry access is almost exclusive to us, so there are no concerns about schedules.

- About us:
We are a couple from France and Costa Rica and enjoy a quiet life in the city and around.
We are looking for someone who enjoys living in a clean and tidy space and who will use the furniture with the necessary care to avoid damage. Respect and good communication are essential. You will likely enjoy a good portion of the time in the apartment alone as we are often out of town.
Located between Triemli and Schaufelbergerstrasse stations with multiple options to get anywhere in the city (10 min to Bahnhof Wiedikon / 20 min to Zurich HB / 15 min to Sihlcity).
Pharmacy, post office, restaurants, beauty salon, supermarkets (Denner, Migro, VOI Migro, Coop, and MyShop) within 5-10 min walking distance.
Parks and areas for running or sports are very close by, in a very quiet area next to the Uetliberg with multiple trails for walking in nature and an S10 train stop that goes up to the top to observe the city and the lake (the landscape is beautiful in winter).
