Die gepflegten, vollständig möblierten Studio Apartments im Erdgeschoss haben alle eine grün umringte Terrasse in Richtung Westen, mit viel Abendsonne.

Es erwartet Sie ein grosszügiger Wohn- und Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett (180x200 cm), zwei Nachttischen, genügend Stauraum, ein Sofa mit TV-Ecke, aber auch eine separate Küche sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.

In wenigen Minuten gelangen Sie von hier ans Ufer der Limmat, wo es sich gut spazieren lässt. Im Sommer laden der Fluss oder ein nahegelegenes Freibad zum Abkühlen ein. Sportliche freuen sich über mehrere Joggingstrecken in unmittelbarer Nähe und wer gut schlafen will, schätzt die ruhige Quartierstrasse, an der sich dieses Haus befindet. Dennoch ist Oberengstringen keinesfalls abgelegen. Von hier aus erreichen Sie Altstetten oder Schlieren schnell und ohne Umweg über die Innenstadt. Der Zürcher Hauptbahnhof ist mit dem Tram in 30, mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten entfernt.

The well-kept, fully furnished studio apartments on the ground floor all have a west-facing terrace surrounded by greenery, with plenty of evening sun.

You can expect a spacious living and sleeping area with a double bed (180x200 cm), two bedside tables, plenty of storage space, a sofa with a TV corner as well as a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.

From here, it's just a few minutes to the banks of the Limmat, where you may enjoy a pleasant stroll. In summer, the river or a nearby outdoor pool invite you to cool off. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the several jogging routes in the immediate vicinity and those who want a good night's sleep will appreciate the quiet neighbourhood street on which this building is located. Nevertheless, Oberengstringen is by no means remote. From here you may reach Altstetten or Schlieren quickly and without a diversion via the city centre. Zurich's main railway station is 30 minutes away by tram and 15 minutes by car.
