English:Spacious room available in a beautiful flat located right in the center of Zurich! We are Eduardo and Stefano, 23 and 26 years old, both working full time. Currently, we are three flatmates (Spanish-Mexican Swiss-Mexican; one of us has lived in Zurich for many years, the other recently arrived), but one person will be moving out soon. The idea is to return to a format of four people living together, with four bedrooms and two shared bathrooms. We are looking to add one or two new roommates to join our home. The apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living and dining area, plus an extra room currently used as a home office. Ideally, wed like to convert this office into another bedroom to lower the rent for everyone.We would love someone who speaks Spanish, but this is not a mustspeaking English is essential. Zurzeit sind wir drei Mitbewohner (zwei Mexikaner; einer von uns lebt schon viele Jahre in Zürich, der andere ist erst seit Kurzem hier), aber eine Person zieht bald aus. Die Idee ist, wieder zu einem Vier-Personen-Format zurückzukehren, mit vier Schlafzimmern und zwei geteilten Badezimmern. Wir suchen ein oder zwei neue Mitbewohner, um unser Zuhause zu erweitern. Die Wohnung hat derzeit drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie ein zusätzliches Zimmer, das zurzeit als Homeoffice genutzt wird.
