Wir bieten dir eine wunderschöne und helle 4-Zimmer Wohnung mit 100m^2 mit grosser Terrasse mitten in Zürich, direkt an der Schmiede Wiedikon **befristet vom 23. August bis 17. Oktober 2025** (also knapp 2 Monate) zur Untermiete an, **oder nach Vereinbarung** . Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Es gibt 2 abschliessbare Zimmer: 1x Schlafzimmer, 1x Büro/Umkleidezimmer.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral im Kreis 3 direkt vis-a-vis der Migros bei der Tramhaltestelle Schmiede Wiedikon, befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist ca 95qm gross. Die Terrasse gehört ganz uns und bietet mit ca 50qm genügend Platz für eine Lounge, Pingpong-Tisch, Grill und diverse Sitzgelegenheiten. In der voll ausgestatteten Küche, findest du eine Geschirrspülmaschine sowie einen Waschturm (Waschmaschine + Tumbler). Der grosszügige Wohn- und Essbereich bietet viel Platz zum gemütlich den Feierabend zu geniessen. WC und Bad sind separiert.

Die nächste Tram-/Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustüre (u.a. Tram Nr. 9 und 14 sowie diverse Buslinien), der Bahnhof Wiedikon ist zu Fuss in 3 Minuten, der Hauptbahnhof/Innenstadt per ÖV in ca10 Minuten zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befinden sich ausserdem eine Vielzahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. Migros direkt gegenüber) und viele leckere Restaurants.

Nebenkosten zusätzlich 300 CHF pro Monat (inkl. Putzfrau)
Putzfrau: alle 2 Wochen kommt eine Putzfrau vorbei.

We offer you a beautiful and bright 4-room apartment with 100m^2 with a large terrace in the middle of Zurich, directly at the Schmiede Wiedikon for a **limited period from August 23 to October 17, 2025** (i.e. just under 2 months) for subletting, **or by arrangement** . The apartment is fully furnished. There are 2 separate rooms: 1x bedroom, 1x office/changing room.

The apartment is very centrally located in district 3 directly opposite Migros at the Schmiede Wiedikon streetcar stop, is on the second floor and is approx. 95 square meters in size. The terrace is entirely ours and offers enough space for a lounge, ping-pong table, barbecue and various seating areas. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a dishwasher and a washing tower (washing machine + tumble dryer). The spacious living and dining area offers plenty of room to enjoy the evening in comfort. WC and bathroom are separate.

The nearest tram/bus stop is right outside the front door (including streetcars no. 9 and 14 and various bus routes), Wiedikon station is a 3-minute walk away and the main station/city center can be reached by public transport in around 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity there are also a variety of shopping facilities (including Migros directly opposite) and many delicious restaurants.

**Costs for the furnished apartment**
Rent: 2500 CHF per month
Service charges additional 300 CHF per month (incl. cleaning lady)
Cleaning lady: a cleaning lady comes by every 2 weeks.
Total costs: 2x 2800 Sfr for 2 months (plus deposit, which you will get back)
