The apartment has a bright 47 m2 living and dining room with panoramic views, which is already furnished and was freshly renovated in 2023. The apartment also has a terrace. Of the 5 available bedrooms, 2 are rented to students at the University of St. Gallen, so the remaining available rooms (B, C, and D) are also available with preference to students at the University of St. Gallen.
