Sehr hell und topmodern eingerichtet. Neuer grosser 47"-TV mit Swisscom-Anschluss und 7 Tage Replay-Funktion . Grosses modernes und sehr bequemes Bett (140x200cm) in weiss, grosser Schrank, Schreibpult usw.. Direkter Zugang zum Garten und der Terrasse. Inkl. modernem Bad mit Dusche, WC und Doppel-Lavabo (zur Mitbenutzung). Alles sehr sauber, neuwertig und gepflegt.
Geheizter Pool von Frühling bis Herbst.

Die ideale Wohlfühloase. Hier darf man noch Mensch sein. Leben und leben lassen ist typisch für Rüschlikon. Hier herrscht noch Menschlikeit......

In 5 Gehminuten ist man am See mit diversen herrlichen Badeplätzenund in 4 Minuten am Bahnhof!
