Upstairs (where one enters off the street, from front-door parking space) has an entrance area, and a living room with a functioning fireplace, and a kitchen with dining area plus a balcony.
Downstairs there is a reception room, two bedrooms with built-in cabinets, and the bathroom.
The 10m2 cellar is dry and clean and houses a washing machine and extra freezer and a well stocked tool room/ gardening shed.

Für Kulturinteressierte liegt das Haus neben der Kirche, in der das ganze Jahr über verschiedene Musik- und Kunstveranstaltungen stattfinden.
Praktischerweise befindet sich auch ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe.
