I will be abroad in December and January 2026 and am renting out my beautiful, bright 2.5-room flat in Holligen.

The flat is fully furnished. My subtenant is currently still living in the living room, but the sofa and other furniture will be moved back in in November. To give you an idea of what the flat looks like, I have included a photo sketch.

My flat and respectful coexistence in the building are important to me. That's why I'm looking for someone who will take good care of the flat and who values considerate coexistence in the neighbourhood.
