\- Free Wi-Fi
\- 4 spacious bathrooms with shower and 4 shared toilets
\- High-quality shared kitchen with modern appliances and a private locker, including cooking and tableware utensils, and a spice set
\- Bright, modern common room with a table and lounge furniture
\- Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (use for a fee)
\- Weekly cleaning of the room and common areas
\- 3 minutes to Steinmaur train station (350 m) or 27 minutes to Zurich main station (S15 - direct connection)
\- Parking available upon request (CHF 60 per month)
