Apartment in Zurich Wipkingen - temporary from December to April

As we are travelling, we sublease our flat from the beginning of December 2025 to the end of April 2026.
The apartment is perfectly located, 2 minutes from the Limmat and 2 minutes from Röschibachplatz. Escherwyssplatz and Wipkingen train station are also just a couple of minutes away and provide excellent transports in all directions.
(The main station is four tram stops away from Escherwyssplatz or by train you can reach the main station in 4 min from Wipkingen Train station. Oerlikon is a 2 min train ride and Zurich Flughhafen around 10.)
Wipkingen offers a great variety of cafés, restaurants, bars and shopping possibilities.

The flat is very bright and as we were the first tenants to move into the new appartment a year ago, it is equipped with modern amenities.
