Beautiful 90m2 tiny house with separate entrance, bright, open, fully equipped kitchen, large living/dining room, bathroom with shower, separate reduit/walk-in closet with own washing machine & tumble dryer, a large terrace and lush garden.

- Proof of liability insurance
As I am traveling, I'm renting it out fully furnished 2599.-/month. Perfect for a couple as it has a large (20m2) bed room with double bed and a large desk with proper office chair (hence home office suitable). Ideal for one person or a couple, it works however also well for two people wanting to sleep separately as there is a bed sofa that can be turned into a super comfy double bed in 5 seconds.
It's located in a lush green area between Wipkingen and Oerlikon, 3 minutes by foot to the forest, 3 minutes from tramstop Brunnenhof where tram 11 takes you to HB in 11 minutes, Bahnhof Oerlikon is by tram 3 minutes, by foot 8 minutes.
Lots of plus points:
+private washing machine & tumble drier
+dishwasher, high-tech oven with microwave function and additional separate microwave, coffee machine, juicer and more or less anything you need in a kitchen :)
+located at a "Quartierstrasse" with speed limit 30km/h, hence no big street with traffic noise or noise from trains, busses stopping or trams, whilst both bus and tram stations are only 2min by foot. Front side faces this, garden side faces other gardens separated by big, beautiful trees
+private car parking directly in front of the door (can be rented additionally) or used occasionally and for guests, otherwise blue zone parking a few meters away
+great neighbors who never complain but instead bring you freshly baked bread, fruit and veggies from their gardens or balconies
+no neighbors directly underneath, next to or above (above is only a huge terrace), plus +really great noise isolation making it a heavenly peaceful lush oasis where you will get the best sleep ever.

- what makes you an extremely cleanly, respectful and reliable tenant (list at least 3 examples) - only very tidy persons will be chosen as tenants (if everything works out well and the apartment and furniture is treated respectfully you may be able to extend or potentially be considered to take over the flat - not guaranteed).
A deposit of 3 months of rent will be required BEFORE moving in and given back at the end of the contract after apartment status check.
Prior to viewing the following documents are required:
- Excerpt from debt collection register
- Proof of income of signing person
- Proof of liability insurance
Any other additional documents are welcome and will enhance your chance of being chosen as subtenant:
- Job contract or
- Internship acceptance letter
- Reference letter of previous tenants
- 3 months pay slips
any other additional information you can provide.
