März 2026 (mind. 1 Jahr ). Das Wohn/ Esszimmer , die Küche und das Badezimmer werden mit einer weiblichen Mitbewohnerin geteilt und sind voll ausgestattet. Meine Wohnung überzeugt durch folgende Merkmale: Ruhige und sonnige Lage, grosszügiger Grundriss, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Modernes Badezimmer mit Closomat, sep. Dusche, und Badewanne, Sep. WC , Bodenheizung, Grosszügige Terasse, Lift im Haus vorhanden.Des Weiteren sind 2 Waschküchen mit einer Wäschemaschine, einem Tumbler und Wäschetrockner und ein abgeschlossener Velokeller vorhanden.Sehr guter Anschluss an die ÖV ( Tramstation 3 Gehminuten, Busstation 5 Gehminuten, 20 Min zum Hauptbahnhof, 5 min zum Bahnhof Oerlikon und 10 Fahrminuten zum Flughafen., ETH - 15 Fahrminuten, Uni Irchel 15 Gehminuten. Der nahegelegene Irchelpark und vis- a- via Wald bieten sich perfekt für Freizeitaktivitäten. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Stromrechnung erfolgt quartalsweise und nach Gebrauch und wird zur Hälfte vom Mitbewohner bezahlt. Dazu kommen noch kleine Haushaltkosten. Haustiere nicht erlaubt.Ich suche eine zuverlässige, mitdenkende, pflichtbewusste und sehr ordentliche Person, NR, die sich gerne mit mir austauscht aber auch ihre Ruhe schätzt. Urban comfort with nature tranquility .READING HELPS :Near the university of Irchel / below the animal hospital / Milchbuck I rent a room ( 16 m2 ) in my 3,5 - room luxuriös and spacious condominium to subtenants ( Professional or Student) only single person ( no couple ) and non- smokers on March 1st, 2026 ( at least 1 year ).The living room, the kitchen und the bathroom are with 1 female roommate shared and fully equiped. My apartment impress with the following features: Quiet and sunny location, elevator available in the house, spacious floor plan, kitchen with dishwasher, modern bathroom with closomat ( hygiene shower intergrated) ,sep.toilet, underfloor heating. There are 2 laundry rooms with laundry maschine, tumbler, laundry dryer as well as a locked bicycle cellar. The nearby Irchelpark and opposite the forest are perfect for leisere activities. Very good connection to the public transport: Tram station 3 min., Bus station 5 min. 5 min by bus to Oerlikon train station, 10 min by train to the airport, 20 min by tram to the main train station , 15 min by tram to ETH, University Irchel 15 min by walk. Various shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. I am looking for a reliable, conscientious, very tidy person, who take a proactive role in thinking and also respect their boundaries and quiet time. The electricity bill is billed quartely and based on usage and the future roommate will cover half of the bill. Also there will be small household costs.
