Hello! We are working expat professionals looking for a new flatmate in our beautiful flat on the 10th floor of Europaallee from 1st of December 2025 or 1st of January, an earlier movein date may be possible.

The room is bright and well layed out, and with comes with a spacious walk-in wardrobe. The room comes unfurnised. The large bathroom is shared with another flatmate.

The 127m2 apartment consists of a bright open kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 Loggia. The house is very quiet due to the building's recent construction.

The kitchen includes an oven, a steamer, induction heaters, a dishwasher, and a wine cooler. The apartment also conveniently comes with a washing machine and a drying machine inside our flat.

The area around the apartment is dynamic, full of bars and restaurants. Nevertheless, the house is completely insulated from city noise. Zürich HB is only 5 minutes away walking which is great for commuting & Sunday grocery shopping. From the living room and the loggia, you have a great view of the city and there's a small park around the corner.

Hallo! Wir sind berufstätige Expats und suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere wunderschöne Wohnung im 10. Stock der Europaallee ab dem 1. Dezember 2025 oder dem 1. Januar. Ein früherer Einzugstermin ist eventuell möglich.

Das Zimmer ist hell und gut geschnitten und verfügt über einen großzügigen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Das große Badezimmer wird mit einer weiteren Mitbewohnerin bzw. einem weiteren Mitbewohner geteilt.

Die 127m² große Wohnung besteht aus einer hellen, offenen Küche und einem Wohnzimmer, 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern und einer Loggia. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, da es sich um einen Neubau handelt.

Die Küche ist mit einem Backofen, einem Steamer, Induktionskochfeldern, einem Geschirrspüler und einem Weinkühler ausgestattet. In der Wohnung befinden sich außerdem eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner.

Die Umgebung ist lebendig und bietet viele Bars und Restaurants. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung dank der guten Isolierung völlig ruhig. Der Zürcher Hauptbahnhof ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt ideal für Pendler und den Sonntagseinkauf. Vom Wohnzimmer und der Loggia aus hat man einen großartigen Blick über die Stadt, und gleich um die Ecke befindet sich ein kleiner Park.
