Das Haus besticht durch den ökologischen Baustil, die Verwendung von natürlichen Materialien, Holzböden, die Grauwasseraufbereitung und den Solarstrom des Daches. Nebst den Nachbarn bewohnen das Haus auch Vögel (Brutkästen), Igel (unter dem Balkon) und viele Eidechsen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock mit einem tollen Balkon, ausgerichtet nach Süden. Durch die grosse Fensterfront ist die Wohnung sehr hell mit Aussicht Richtung Wald und Üetliberg. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man es ruhig haben möchte, die Nähe zum Wald schätzt und sich gleichzeitig kurze Wege zum ÖV und Migros/Coop wünscht.
Bei Bedarf kann ein Parkplatz hinter dem Haus gemietet werden. Im Keller befindet sich ein privates Kellerabteil sowie 4 Waschmaschinen und zwei Trockner zur Mitbenutzung. Zudem gibt es einen Velokeller und tolle Pflanzen ums Haus herum.
Da wir ins Ausland ziehen, möchten wir die Mehrheit der Möbel weitergeben, u.a. ein Hochbett, Schlafsofa, Bücherregal, Kommode, Schuhschrank, Anrichte, Küchenregale, Balkonmöbel sowie Holzstühle und Geschirr. **Beautiful, bright and sustainable studio (32m2) in Altstetten (8048 ZH) available from 1 December 2025**

Due to a move abroad, we would like to give up our beautiful, bright studio on Girhaldenstrasse. The house impresses with its ecological architectural style, the use of natural materials, wooden floors, grey water treatment and solar power from the roof. In addition to the neighbours, the house is also home to birds (nesting boxes), hedgehogs (under the balcony) and many lizards.

The flat is located on the 2nd floor and has a great south-facing balcony. The large windows make the flat very bright, with views of the forest and Üetliberg. The location is ideal if you want peace and quiet, appreciate being close to the forest and at the same time want to be within easy reach of public transport and Migros/Coop.
If required, a parking space can be rented behind the house. In the basement there is a private storage room as well as 4 washing machines and two dryers for shared use. There is also a bicycle storage room and beautiful plants around the house.
As we are moving abroad, we would like to pass on most of the furniture, including a loft bed, sofa bed, bookcase, chest of drawers, shoe cabinet, sideboard, kitchen shelves, balcony furniture, wooden chairs and crockery. The furniture is in very good condition and fits perfectly into the studio, which is predominantly Nordic in style.
Rental price: CHF 1'730 per month, furniture: CHF 2'500.
