We are renting out an area of around 380 sqm over 3 floors and 150 sqm storage in a prime location in Steinenvorstadt near Black Tap, Hans im Glück, Holy Cow, KFC, Starbucks etc.

There is also a storage area/cold storage facility in the basement. The existing kitchen, exhaust air, grease separator, toilet facilities etc. are as good as new and can be taken over 1:1 (but this is not a must). The monthly rent is CHF 35,000 (there is no transfer fee).
