I am renting out my fully furnished apartment for the entire month of January and am looking for a reliable person (or couple) who will enjoy their stay and take good care of the apartment during this time.

The keys can ideally be handed over before Christmas (rent is charged only for January). A later handover is possible upon request. If needed, there is also the option to extend the stay, latest until the end of February.

**Location**
The apartment is located between the tram stops Bachmattstrasse and Lindenplatz. From here, Tram No. 2 goes directly to the city center and Lake Zurich. The train station Bahnhof Altstetten is only an 8-minute walk away and offers convenient connections in all directions.

Although centrally located, the building is not directly on a main street and is well insulated, making it pleasantly quiet.

The surrounding area offers numerous supermarkets and restaurants. The Limmat river is reachable by bus in less than 5 minutes.

**About the apartment**
This is a bright and modern 2.5-room apartment, which includes:



* 1 bedroom with access to the balcony
* 1 living room and 1 open, fully equipped kitchen with induction stove
* 1 bathroom with washer-dryer (additional drying room in the basement)
* 1 balcony
* 2 guest parking spaces in the basement
* Please bring your own bed linen

**Price and conditions**
Total rent for the month: CHF 2,400 (needs to be paid in advance)CHF 1,000 deposit

**2.5-Zimmerwohnung in Altstetten für Januar (1-monatige Vermietung)**
Ich vermiete meine vollmöblierte Wohnung für den gesamten Januar und suche eine zuverlässige Person (oder ein Paar), die den Aufenthalt geniesst und während dieser Zeit gut auf die Wohnung achtgibt.

Die Schlüsselübergabe kann idealerweise bereits vor Weihnachten erfolgen (die Miete wird trotzdem nur für Januar berechnet). Auf Wunsch ist eine spätere Übergabe möglich. Bei Bedarf besteht ausserdem die Option, den Aufenthalt bis spätestens Ende Februar zu verlängern.

**Lage**
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen den Tramhaltestellen Bachmattstrasse und Lindenplatz: von hier fährt das Tram Nr. 2 direkt ins Stadtzentrum und zum Zürichsee. Der Bahnhof Altstetten ist nur 8 Gehminuten entfernt und bietet gute Zugverbindungen in alle Richtungen.

Obwohl die Lage zentral ist, befindet sich das Haus nicht direkt an der Hauptstrasse und ist gut isoliert. Dadurch ist es angenehm ruhig.

In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Mit dem Bus erreicht man die Limmat in weniger als 5 Minuten.
