Hoi zusammenWir vermieten von Januar bis Ende Februar 26 unsere schöne und gemütliche Altbauwohnung im Kreis 6 unter. Direkt vor dem Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle, die nächsten Tram-Stopps sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso wie ein Migros, Coop, Bäcker und Apotheken. Ausserdem ist man super schnell im Grünen, die Stolzewiese, Irchelpark oder Zürichberg sind um die Ecke.Das Bad und die Küche sind eher oldschool, das macht aber auch den Altbau-Charme aus. Wir haben Blick auf den Uetliberg und bei schönem Wetter ist die Wohnung lichtdurchflutet.

Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl und hoffen sehr, dass wir jemanden finden, der sich in den zwei Monaten ebenfalls zuhause fühlen kann.

Die angegebene Miete ist inklusive der Nebenkosten sowie Internet, Strom und Möbelmiete und man kann auch einen Parkplatz dazu mieten.

Hi everyone,We are subletting our beautiful and cozy apartment in District 6 from January until the end of February 2026.There is a bus stop right in front of the building, and the nearest tram stops are only a few minutes' walk awayjust like a Migros, Coop, bakery, and pharmacies. You can also reach nature very quickly: Stolzewiese, Irchel Park, and the Zürichberg are just around the corner.The bathroom and kitchen are rather old-school, but that's part of the classic old-building charm. We have a view of the Uetliberg, and on sunny days the apartment is filled with natural light.We feel very much at home here and hope to find someone who will feel just as comfortable during the two months.The listed rent includes utilities, internet, electricity, and furniture rental.
