L?appartement : Situé au dernier étage, dans un quartier résidentiel verdoyant et calme, l?appartement comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, une grande salle à manger, un salon à l?étage, une salle de douche + une salle de bain. Il dispose également d?une chambre d?amis, d?un petit balcon et d?une cave.

? Emplacement idéal : commerces à 1 min à pied, gare de Morges à 8 min à pied, plage à 5 min en vélo, EPFL à 20 min en bus, Lausanne à 10 min en train.

? Tes futures colocataires :
???Patrick, 40 ans, scientifique dans l?industrie pharmaceutique. Sportif (escalade, fitness, randonnée, ski/snowboard, tennis), amateur de restaurants et de voyages.

Nous recherchons une personne entre 22 et 40 ans environ, calme, sociable et respectueuse, et surtout aimant les chats ?. L?idée est de s?investir dans la colocation et de partager des moments conviviaux : dîners, randonnées le week-end, journées au ski, etc.
Nous attachons une grande importance au respect mutuel, au partage des tâches domestiques, au respect du voisinage (les fêtards ne sont pas les bienvenus ??) et au rythme de vie de chacun (nous sommes tous les deux lève-tôt ?).
