Wir suchen ab 1.3.2026 (oder je nach Absprache auch schon ab 1.1.2026) für das 2-Zimmer Cluster in unserer Wohnung in Zürich Oerlikon ein **Paar**, eine **Frau** oder eine sich als nicht-männlich identifizierende Person. Zusammen mit dir/euch wären wir dann zu 7/8 plus ein Baby. Unsere Wohnung ist Teil der gemeinnützigen Genossenschaft Mehr als Wohnen, ein Projekt, das auf eine hohe Lebensqualität in Gemeinschaft abzielt.

**Das Zimmer:**
Dein/Eure zwei Zimmer **(37 m2)** sind das Cluster im Nordwesten der Wohnung in rot beschriftet mit 1 (siehe Fotos, es gibt noch Wände und eine Tür, die nicht im Grundriss eingezeichnet sind). Es gibt zwei grosse Fenster, eines davon führt zu einem kleinen Balkon. Du/Ihr habt ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Ausserdem verfügt das grössere Zimmer über eine Spüle und einen Kühlschrank.
Ausserhalb vom Cluster stehen dir/euch ausserdem insgesamt **171 m2** Gemeinschaftsraum zur Verfügung, der eine grosszügige Stube mit Sofas und Beamer, sowie eine grosse Küche, einen Essbereich mit grossem Balkon sowie eine Homeoffice Ecke beinhaltet.

**Über uns:**
Wir sind 1 Frau, 2 Männer und ein Paar mit Baby. Wir Erwachsenen sind alle in unseren 30ern, die gern in einer entspannten und rücksichtsvollen Atmosphäre zusammenleben. Wir sprechen einen Mix aus Deutsch und Englisch und arbeiten in der Wasseraufbereitung, Medizintechnik, Psychologie, Maschinenbau und Erdwissenschaften. Wir kochen gern
zusammen Znacht, machen manchmal gemeinsame Unternehmungen oder laden auch mal Freunde oder Nachbarn ein. Natürlich kann man sich auch jederzeit zurückziehen, wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben möchte. Uns ist wichtig, dass wir es schön und harmonisch in der Wohnung haben, wozu gehört, dass man seine Ämtli zuverlässig erledigt, sowie einen Sinn für Sauberkeit und Ordnung mitbringt. Wir bewirtschaften eine Gartenparzelle und sind Teil einer SolaWi (Solidarische Landwirtschaft), für die wir mind. einmal pro Jahr auf dem Feld arbeiten und erhalten dafür jede Woche regionales Bio-Gemüse. Ausserdem halten wir regelmässig WG-Meeting ab, um Informationen auszutauschen, gemeinsame Aktivitäten zu planen oder Entscheidungen zu treffen, wobei wir uns an soziokratischen Prinzipien
orientieren.

**Was wir suchen:**
Wir wünschen uns ein Paar, eine Frau oder eine sich als nicht-männlich identifizierende Person zwischen **25** - **40**, die Freude am WG-Leben hat, dieses mitgestalten möchte und vor hat, für einen längeren Zeitraum (min. 2 Jahre) einzuziehen. Hast du bereits Erfahrung mit einem ähnlichen Wohnprojekt und bringst du die nötigen Ressourcen dafür mit?

**Kosten:**
Die Miete beträgt **1709 CHF**, was bereits Strom, Internet, Serafe und eine Reinigungskraft für die Gemeinschaftsräume beinhaltet. Ausserdem zahlen wir monatlich **30 CHF** pro Personin einen Möbelfond ein, damit wir auch weiterhin in einer schön eingerichteten WG leben können. Das Depot für das Zimmer beträgt **1700 CHF** . Ausserdem erwarten wir einen Beitrag zum verzinsten Anteilskapital an der Genossenschaft in Höhe von **11574 CHF**, der auch über die Pensionskasse eingebracht werden kann und beim Auszug wieder ausbezahlt wird. Solltest du / ihr jedoch Schwierigkeiten haben, das Kapital von Beginn an einzubringen, finden wir ggf. eine Lösung.

We are looking for a **couple**, a **female** or a person who does not identify as male for the big 2-room cluster (room 1 in the flat map picture) in our flat in Zurich Oerlikon starting March 1st, 2026 (or, by arrangement, as early as January 1st, 2026). Including you, we would be 7/8 people in total (plus a baby). Our apartment is part of the cooperative Mehr als Wohnen which is a non-profit project that aims for a high community life quality.

**The room:**
Your double room **(37 m2)** is the cluster in the northwest of the apartment, marked in red with the **number 1** (see photos, and there is a wall and a door that don't appear in the plan). There are two large windows, one of which leads to a small balcony. Additionally, you have your own bathroom with shower and the bigger room contains a sink and a small fridge. Apart from your cluster,
you also have access to **171 m2** of shared space, which includes a spacious living room with sofas and a projector, a large kitchen, a dining area with a big balcony, and a home-office corner.

**About us:**
At the moment we are 1 woman, 2 men and a couple with a baby. We adults are all in our 30s who enjoy living together in a relaxed and considerate atmosphere. We speak a mix of German and English and work in water treatment, medical device technology, psychology, mechanical engineering, and earth sciences. We share meals with whomever is around, and sometimes we also organize activities and invite friends or neighbors. Of course, you can always retreat to your room whenever you want some quiet time.
It's important to us that our home is pleasant and harmonious, which means not only doing your assigned chores reliably but also having a general sense of cleanliness and order. We cultivate a garden plot and are part of a SolaWi (Solidarische Landwirtschaft), for which we work in the fields at least once a year, and every week we receive local organic veggies for our weekly consumption.
Besides, we have regular meetings to share anything relevant, plan activities or make decisions, based on sociocratic principles.

**What we are looking for:**
We look for a couple, a female or a person who does not identify as male between **25 and 40** who enjoys living in a community, and who plans to stay ideally longer than 2 years. Living in group requires time and effort to keep everything running smoothly. Do you have experience living in community?Would you be willing to invest part of your time on the shared tasks and group projects?

**Costs:**
The rent is **1709 CHF**, which already includes electricity, internet, Serafe, and a cleaning service for the common areas. Additionally, we pay **30 CHF** per month per person to a furniture and items usage fund, which we can use for rennovations and continue living in a nicely furnished flat. The rent deposit is **1700 CHF.** Apart from this, another larger deposit of **11574 CHF** is necessary, which is a request from the cooperative Mehr als Wohnen, and goes to the shared capital. This will also be refunded when moving out, and if necessary, it can be paid via the pension fund. In case it is difficult for you to bring in this second deposit from the beginning, let us know to see if we can find a solution.
