In unserer hübschen dreier WG wird für kurze Zeit ein Zimmer frei: Im Februar und März, und vielleicht noch ein bisschen in den April hinein.

Du wohnst mit Salome und Robin (beide Mitte 30). Wir geniessen ein unkompliziertes und schönes Zusammenleben. Uns ist ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang miteinander wichtig, wie auch eine offene und herzliche Atmosphäre, in welcher gelebt werden kann. Wir teilen einen Gemüsekorb, essen gerne gut und gesund, tendenziell saisonal/regional, und teilen sämtliche Lebensmittel. Salome ist Teilzeit in der sozialen Arbeit tätig, verfolgt eigene Projekte, bildet sich liebend gerne weiter und ist unsere Expertin für gewaltfreie Kommunikation. Robin trifft man neben seiner Arbeit in der Stadtentwicklung vor allem beim Skaten an, womit er sich für die Surf Saison fit hält. Er ist der beste Linsenkocher im Umkreis.

Das Zimmer

Ist gut 25qm gross und hat zwei Fenster. Inklusive Nebenkosten und inklusive Gemüsekorb kostet das Zimmer 785 CHF/Monat. Das Zimmer kann möbliert, oder auch unmöbliert gemietet werden. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines wunderschönen Altbaus und liegt in der Nähe vom Spalentor, also sehr zentral. Die Wohnung wird hauptsächlich mit Holz geheizt. Gemeinschaftsräume: Wohnzimmer und Küche mit grossem Balkon. Das Bad liegt ausserhalb der Wohnung auf dem Gang und hat eine Dusche. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines familiären Drei-Parteien-Hauses mit Kontakt zu den anderen Stockwerken.

A room will be available in our lovely three-person shared apartment in February and March (can possibly be extended into april)

You will be living with Salome and Robin (both in their mid-30s). We enjoy a relaxed and pleasant living environment. It is important to us to treat each other with respect and to have an open and warm atmosphere in which to live. We share a vegetable basket, enjoy eating well and healthily, tend to eat seasonal/regional food, and share all groceries. Salome works part-time in social work, pursues her own projects, loves to continue her education, and is our expert in nonviolent communication. In addition to his work in urban development, Robin can mostly be found skating, which is how he keeps fit for the surfing season. He is the best lentil cook in the neighborhood.

The room...

It is a good 25 square meters in size and has two windows. Including utilities and the vegetable basket, the room costs CHF 785/Monat. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. The apartment is part of a beautiful old building and is located near Spalentor, so it is very central. The apartment is mainly heated with wood. Common areas: living room and kitchen with large balcony. The bathroom is located outside the apartment in the hallway and has a shower. The apartment is part of a family-friendly three-unit house with access to the other floors.
