We are renting a spacious, light-filled 2-room apartment on the mezzanine floor with a balcony facing the courtyard in beautiful, quiet Zollikerberg, available May 1, 2026. The tax rate in Zollikon, which also includes the district of Zollikerberg, is low and attractive. In 2024, the municipal tax rate was 76% of the basic state tax, making the municipality one of the most tax-friendly in the canton of Zurich.

The property is centrally located near the Forchbahn S18 (Zollikerberg stop) and has direct access to the highway (A52). Recreational facilities and various shopping opportunities are only a few minutes' walk away:
