Hallo Leute,
Wir, Andreas & Fernanda, suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in zum 01.04. für unsere schöne & gemütliche 4 Zimmer Wohnung auf der Promenade, Davos Dorf.
Andreas arbeitet ganzjährig als Mechaniker bei Davos Klosters Mountains, Fernanda macht Ihren Doktor beim PMOD.

Das freie Zimmer ist ca. 16m2 groß und hat Zugang zu unserem riesigen, südlich ausgerichteten Balkon.

Die neue Person wird sich mit Andreas ein Badezimmer teilen, Fernanda hat Ihr eigenes auf dem Zimmer.

Die gemütliche Küche ist unsere WG Zentrale, in der sich dann Abends auch alle irgendwann einfinden zum kochen .. d.h. es wird manchmal ziemlich lustig, wenn 3 Personen gleichzeitig kochen :)

Ein gemütliches Wohn- Gästezimmer ist auch vorhanden.
Dieses wird öfters mal genutzt um Gäste zu beherbergen oder um gemeinsam eine Serie zu schauen während man was leckeres isst.

Wir sind beide sehr weltoffen und immer daran interessiert, neue Menschen & Kulturen kennen zu lernen.

Andreas spricht Deutsch & Englisch
Fernanda spricht Spanish & English
Common Language (Gemeinsame Sprache) ist somit Englisch

Die Wohnung würde uns noch min. 3 Jahre zur Verfügung stehen, danach wird diese komplett renoviert = wir müssten alle gemeinsam ausziehen..

Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn du uns im Vorfeld / in deiner Nachricht, etwas über dich erzählen würdest.. nur so das wesentliche.. den Rest werden wir dann während der Besichtigung besprechen / erfragen.

Hi everyone,

We, Andreas and Fernanda, are looking for a new roommate starting April 1st for our lovely and cozy 4-room apartment on the promenade in Davos Dorf.

Andreas works year-round as a mechanic at Davos Klosters Mountains, and Fernanda is pursuing her PhD at PMOD.

The available room is approximately 16 square meters and has access to our huge, south-facing balcony.

The new roommate will share a bathroom with Andreas; Fernanda has her own bathroom in her room.

The cozy kitchen is the heart of our shared apartment, where everyone usually gathers in the evenings to cook... which means it can get quite fun when three people are cooking at the same time! :)

We also have a comfortable living/guest room.

This is often used to host guests or to watch a show together while enjoying a delicious meal.

We are both very open-minded and always interested in meeting new people and experiencing different cultures.


These are the rooms we live in. Andreas speaks German and English. Fernanda speaks Spanish and English. Therefore, English is our common language.

The apartment would be available to us for at least three more years, after which it will be completely renovated, meaning we would all have to move out together.

We would be very happy if you could tell us a little about yourself beforehand/in your message—just the essentials. We can discuss/ask about the rest during the viewing.
