What you will do
As User Acquisition & Retention Marketing Manager, you will own and develop our cross-selling, referral and retention mechanisms across all Comparis products. You will ensure that one-time visitors become active Comparis users – and that they continue to use multiple Comparis services over the long term.
In particular, you will be responsible for:

- Designing, running and optimizing email and CRM campaigns across the entire user journey (onboarding, activation, re-engagement, cross-selling)
- Building and operating referral and recommendation programs
- Working closely with Product, Sales, SEO and Performance Marketing teams
- Planning and executing A/B tests and funnel optimizations
- Defining, monitoring and continuously improving key KPIs such as activation, retention, cross-sell rate and lifetime value
- Analyzing user behavior and deriving concrete optimization actions
What we expect from you
- Several years of experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, CRM or growth marketing, ideally gained in an e-commerce, marketplace or digital platform environment
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g. Iterable, Lytics, Zoho)
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels and conversion optimization
- Experience working with tracking, analytics and BI tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau)
- Structured, analytical and data-driven working style
- High level of ownership with a strong hands-on mentality
- Team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, UX, Data and Commercial teams
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
