As a (Junior) Performance Marketing Manager, you will support the further development of our performance marketing activities with a focus on SEA and paid media. You will work hands-on on campaigns, continuously optimise their performance, and learn how to efficiently turn marketing budgets into qualified users, leads, and referrals.
In particular, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Operational and functional ownership of campaigns across SEA, paid social, display, video, and native ads
- Continuous optimisation of keywords, audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and budgets
- Close collaboration with product and SEO teams to optimise landing pages and funnels
- Alignment with the CRM team to ensure accurate tracking, lead attribution, and billing
- Ongoing development and maintenance of the tracking setup
- Creation, analysis, and interpretation of performance reports
- Identification of optimisation opportunities across the entire customer journey
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or SEA
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SA360, Meta Ads, or comparable platforms
- Experience with Google Analytics and common tracking setups
- Understanding of conversion funnels, lead models, and data-driven marketing
- Analytical and structured way of working with a high level of ownership
- Hands-on mindset and enthusiasm for actively managing and optimising campaigns
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with product, SEO, CRM, and external partners
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
